Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a membership model of healthcare that puts patients first by giving patients easier access to their physician.

Our practice is devoted to the maintenance of your good health, to the enhancements of your daily experience that only physical well-being can bring. We’re here for your reactive needs. But proactive healthcare is important, and we’re here for that, too.
Our goal is to limit or eliminate your need for non emergent acute visits at clinics such as urgent care, by efficiently being responsive to your clinical concerns. In addition, we can also be available via phone, text, email or virtual visits for health care needs that arise when you are away from home.

Our goal is to provide hassle free and convenient health care. If something comes up, please let us know and we are happy to reschedule appointments.

We do not accept insurance. Curated Direct Care does not bill insurance for services and is not an insurance plan.

No, membership is not required for aesthetic services though our members do receive special discount pricing for aesthetics.

All emergencies should be handled with 911 or in the emergency room. Members will be given several methods to contact our team for urgent or non urgent matters.

Your visit with Dr. Angeron for medical or weight loss needs is included in your monthly membership fee.

Memberships can be discontinued at any time. Please contact the office to process a cancellation.

We are a primary clinic. There may be conditions or situations that are better served by a specialist. We will work hard to facilitate that connection for you.
We do not treat chronic pain.
